John 1:14-17 (KJV)And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Jesus is grace. Do you truly understand that everything was a completed work at the cross? Do you understand that you are not held to the law once you have accepted Jesus as your Savior? Do you understand how deep this love that Jesus has for you?
House of Bread Christian Bookstore would really love to receive your comments on what grace is to you and if you believe you must maintain any religious laws.
Let's study the scripture together one day at a time and see if we are really held to law or grace by the finished work at the cross.
I want you to meditate on the last sentence of the verse above and let me know what you think.
For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Blessings in Jesus name,
